Master shot of 'The Second time is Best' honeymoon motel they are staying in. Cut to the camera panning through the room, we hear the sound of the water in the jacuzzi and a couple having sex. As the camera pans across the heart shaped bed, clothes on the floor and onto the jacuzzi in the room, its revealed Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels are sharing the hot tub. Carrey with his ear up against the wall listening to people having sex through the paper thin wall whilst Daniels is reading a magazine. The vibe changes from potential romance to comedic.
A very funny scene that wouldn't suite the vibe of my main characters dream in the opening sequence to my final piece.

A slow paced romantic passionate scene between a man and a woman undressing and getting into a hot tub together naked. The romance is exaggerated with the romantic music and extreme close up shots. Each shot transition is slowly faded into the next of the man and woman moving around the jacuzzi simultaneously to intensify the passion between them before revealing what is anticipated, the couple meeting together in the middle of the hot tub and kissing.
The slow paced shots and fading transition is what i want to try and incorporate into my main characters dream. However, both girls in the jacuzzi will be in bikinis and there wont be kissing involved.

Tony's hot tub is based in his room and automatically the viewer is aware of his wealth. He acts like a king who is selfish and cares about no-one other than himself. The hot tub is surrounded by champaign, fruit, his partner, wife, TV, king size bed and more. He falls into an argument with his wife and partner because of his selfishness. Both of them walk out of the room on him portrays how lonely he really is. Tony's jacuzzi is planted into the floor, the big room and wide hot tub, in conjunction with the wide shots enhances how small he is made to feel.
Unlike Tony's reality where he is alone and not quite as happy as you would expect from a king, my main character is joined by two girls in the jacuzzi who are treating him like a king by feeding him fruit and vodka.

Austin gets seduced into the hot tub with this woman. She undresses by slipping off her dress and makes her way into the jacuzzi. There are only really close up shots of those two once they have got into the hot tub, and with the jazzy romantic music in the background, the audience gets enticed and caught up in the moment that gets disturbed by Austin's irrational comments.
The scene is split between a large contrast of cringe worthy comedic parts and hot seduced moments from the female character. I want my character to feel seduced in his scene with the two girls in the jacuzzi.

Seth Cohen gets seduced by two girls sharing a hot tub with him. He gets nervous when they sit either side of him so he jumps out.
My male character is full of confidence in his dream, therefore he does not get nervous when the two girls sit either side of him. He plays on his dream being real by smiling at the camera, making the scene feel more intimate and organic. Although the audience isn't aware that it is his dream.
