I watched this documentary online about the making of South Park, an insight into the time management, organisation of a team, and the running of a production company thats become one of the most popular adult animated series in the world. We are told by the collaborator directors Trey Parker and Matt Stone, who both remain so typical and relevant every single week, that each episode is completed in just under a week, so when South Park is in production the pressure is on to deliver in under 7 days.

I posted the link beneath, It's an hour long but a very interesting and unorthodox series of events you'd expect from a well known company. Both directors Trey and Matt aren't in the spotlight so they like to get away with doing childish things both in person and as their characters on the show.

The organisational skills and time management i felt is relevant to mine, i feel i get the best out of my work by working under pressure and not looking too far back about what could i have created. That to go with my gut feeling.
