Met Film Production develops and produces high quality, ambitious feature films for the international marketplace.

Formed in 2007 by the team behind APT Films, producers of the award-winning feature documentary Deep Water, the highly acclaimed Wondrous Oblivion, and the Academy Award nominated film Solomon & Gaenor, Met Film Production is based at Ealing Studios within the Met Film group, and part of Arts Alliance.

The Met Film group provides a synergistic working environment for emerging and established film industry professionals. Our group of companies provides a virtuous circle - we train filmmakers, make films, provide end to end post production to the film industry and service corporate clients with innovative communications solutions. Through our relationship with other companies through the Arts Alliance network and within Ealing Studios we are able to hold a uniquely strong position at the heart of the British film industry.

Their latest release is Village at the End of the World, a new feature documentary from acclaimed filmmaker Sarah Gavron which tells the story of the only teenager in a remote village in Greenland. The film will receive its world premiere in official competition at the BFI London Film Festival this month.

Recent fiction releases include The Infidel, starring Omid Djalili and Richard Schiff, which sold internationally to over 40 territories and premiered at Tribeca, Little Ashes starring Robert Pattinson, which was released theatrically in the UK, US and Spain simultaneously, and French Film starring Hugh Bonneville and Eric Cantona.

Recent documentary releases are Town of Runners, which premiered at Tribeca 2012 and was released across UK screens earlier this year, Donor Unkown which won the online audience award at Tribeca 2011 and was nominated for a Grierson, Men Who Swim (also Grierson-nominated) and Heavy Load.
