Music is like a cup of tea... You can listen/drink it whatever time it is.
Tea is perfect at any time of day - it suits any mood wherever and whenever.
I tend not to have too many a day, but i could enjoy it from when i wake up, with my breakfast, before or after a shower, on the way to college, when i get to college, before and after or even with my lunch, during any lesson, when i get home, after dinner, before bed or even in bed.
Music, like tea reflects the mood i decide to be in.. Or it can intensify the mood i'm already feeling.
The music i'm listening to will inspire the results i end up with in the work i produce. If im feeling hyper and buzzing i'll listen to dubstep, dance, grime, bit of dnb, recently a bit of house and mild house. Quite a lot of dub infact. i go through fazes i can jam to anything, like your old school hip hop your biggies 2 pacs your n.w.a's dre snoop, your old school jay z eminem kanye... rnp from 10 early 2000's. I'm a massive coldplay fan, can listen to them for days. I'll catch up on David Rodigans Sunday night reggae sets on the kiss kube or check out some radio 1xtra sets like mistajam to save me going through hours of picking out the music i feel like listening to.
you''ll never catch me listening to metal or heavy metal...
i wish i could say i new more about garage and jungle, if i had the oppertunity to chose to grow up in a decade of music it would have to be the 90's... i mean being 20 during the 90's. Where hip hop had reached its peek.
i still listen to music thats released today but i just don't feel attached to it like i do listening to music released 5+ years ago atleast.
