TURN UP TO CRITS AND PRESENTATION
Don’t just present your blog – PULL OUT INFORMATION THAT IS RELAVENT

Talk to people  - priomarry research to drive your project forward

Exiting this degree as professionals

Should have an idea of where your going to be, what your going to do – and this work should help you towards that

Resolution that is innovitave, excellently executed, to produce a BLOODY GOOD PROJECT

Analyse any information you’ve collected, an evaluation

Demonstrating prior to evaluation as to why you’ve approached and tackled your project in the way you have – have you actually gone out and find out what the BBC actually want for (example) a childrens program?

STATEMENT OF INTENT
The more info we give, the better feedback we will receive

Task

Subject/theme
Short film – what is it about? Isit about (for example) domestic violence? Why do you want to explore that specific subject

Statement of intent
Bulk of statement will be 500 words

Explain how this will be developing your specialist subject
Film makers will need to identify why the role I choose is relavent/appropriate to me

Practical skills/workshops
What do you need? Where do you need to do it? By when?

Are there any stakeholders in your project?
Any external people? Any collaborations? Whose helping out? This could effect your planning and levels of organization

Bibliography (secondary research)
Are there any books/texts that will help persuade, inform my project

Any film festivals, events, exhibitions, etc?

Research (primary research)!!
Who do I need to talk to to be more informed
Going out and finding out about that thing
Where do I need to go

ACTION PLANNING
Location scouting
Health and safety (risk assessments)
Identifying people who you need to lease with outside of college
Identifying funding/sponsorship - Examples:
-       People have managed to get for example, Nuke by emailing the company that makes it for almost next to nothing
-       I can email a company (like provision) and ask to use some or a piece of kit and put their logo in short film.

Other relavent information

-       Use to ask questions (if I have any) that Mike can answer
